INFRASTRUCTURE

Apart from conventional die casting, we do lot of multi-slide die casting by using both Cold and Hot chambered machines. This unique full service die-casting capability allows customers to leverage their global sourcing while minimizing their supply base. For this we have well equipped production units in Aligarh. Having in house Tool room facility for smooth functioning of manufacturing process. We have a strong power back up facility to face any eventuality arising out of power failure.

Factory Area
We have a covered area of 26,000 Sq. ft. for our Production Unit and an Office Block of 8,000 Sq. Ft. . We are also having a plan to establish a 35,000 Sq. Ft. second production unit shortly.

Machinery
We have , for our Aluminium castings , six cold chambered machine from 120 Mt to 400 Mt . For Zinc die casting we have four Hot chambered die casting machines from 50 Mt to 90 Mt.
Apart form above we have 3 gravity die casting machines.

Tool Room
We have a well equipped tool room comprising of , apart from other machines, EDM,s , 3D CNC engraving and Milling machine, CNC vertical center. 3D modeling with CAM .

Workforce
A highly experienced skilled team of engg., designers, diecastors, operators, fabricators work together to achive the close tolerance required by clients.

Other Facilities
We have a big, well equipped machine shop for post casting fabrications complete with modern machines for precision jobs.
